My “Care” (what I care about) is to be part of the development of a new culture of leadership in Brazil, in which human beings can fulfill their aspirations for happiness and freedom in all areas of their lives.
I love people and work with their challenges and potential! Human beings inspire me a lot! My passion is to accompany them during their journeys to find their best, what really matters to them, what makes them happy and how to be effective in their personal and professional results. For this, I use all my skills and experience as an Ontological and Generative Coach, MCC (Master Certified Coach) of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), with more than 13 years of experience in human and organizational development and more than 2,500 coaching hours.
I have an ontological background from Newfield Network (Chile) and currently specializing in the ontologically based Generative Leadership discipline at the Institute for Generative Leadership (USA), with Bob Dunham. I also work as a consultant, supervisor and facilitator in trainings, workshops and lectures focused on communication for action, coaching, leadership and human and organizational development.
I am the second daughter of Regina and Carlos, with whom I learned not to be afraid to go out into the world and follow my dreams. I am Claudia, Fernanda, and Paula's sister, with whom I learn every day that even difficult conversations are bridges to build trust and love. I am Ricardo's wife, my love and life partner, with whom I learn every day about walking together through life, building our We Space of Nós.
I am a socio-affective (and from the heart) mother of Gustavo and Martha, who gave me a space to learn and be a mother. I am a mother of two cats, Nina and Fuzzy, with whom I learn every day the power of love and care, and the optimal way to use the amount of energy to get the best results (☺). I like to travel, make new friends, dance, cook, read. I also like the full table, long and meaningful conversations. I like cats, dolphins, and horses.
I am grateful to all the people (friends, coaches, coachees, colleagues, teachers) I met along the way, for being teachers for me like mirrors, where I can learn more and more about myself. I am grateful for life for taking care of me every day.

Sou mãe sócio-afetiva (e do coração) do Gustavo e da Martha, que se oportunizaram um espaço para aprender e ser mãe. Sou mãe de duas gatas, Nina e Fuzzy, com quem aprendo todos os dias o poder do amor e do cuidado, e a maneira ótima de usar a quantidade de energia para obter os melhores resultados (☺️). Gosto de viajar, fazer novas amizades, dançar, cozinhar, ler. Gosto também da mesa farta, de conversas longas e significativas. Gosto de gatos, de golfinhos e de cavalos.
